To court pack we would need ridiculous majorities. The best chance of it happening is if Mueller does find Trump did work with Russia. We can campaign on the fact that Gorsuch/whomever else were nominated by an illegitimate/treasonous president and even guys like Manchin would probably sign on to court packing.

But If the dems can get a majority in 2020, i would threaten to pack the court. If the GOP still gets in the way, i would do it

He's one of the only people who kept saying Trump had a chance and his model, while favoring Hillary - which honestly makes sense with how much she won the popular vote by, showed Trump with a higher chance than any other model.
