I’m speaking strictly towards him being a star on GH. The majority of soap stars haven’t done the cross over thing or jumped ship to major things for a reason.
I also wouldn’t put much stock into subscribers as you have to turn them into actual viewers. Anyone can subscribe to a page and not consume the content.
Does Rod and his wife still do that podcast? They spoken on this yet cause essentially Rod got fired too.
All it takes is for the NFL and NBA to do their own Streaming Service, and it's a wrap for ESPN itself.
The layoffs sucks obviously, but this is just a part of a big issue in that ESPN is just bleeding money with little return.
