If he’s assassinated trust it would be at the hands of those in his immediate circle who was giving the go ahead by the Oligarcs who’s money and assets are being seized through sanctions and the fact that they are in international no fly list.. it’s literally on sight for any of them if they set one foot out of russia
yes for the short term, there would be a power struggle within russia but the problem is you dont know who will win and that person might be worse but you get time to prepare

I definitely think it ends the conflict going on now. As far as the oligarchs doing anything i dont see that happening because they were the ones to put him in power thinking they could control him.After he became president he took them to the room where stalin used to execute people and told them they could earn but he was in charge now. Now if he was killed that power would leave a vacuum so theres really no telling what will happen just like we didn’t realize executing saddam would lead to isis.
