I disagree. He kept the status quo going. A lot of black people were dying at the hands of police and not facing consequences under him. Not saying Biden or Trump helped black people. We were forced to revolt somewhat. He cut pell grant spending, which meant a lot of black people couldn't finish college. He was a good president for white people though.
