Seriously his discography shyts on pretty much everyone. Anyone else drop certified classics in 3 hip hop eras like face?

We got the pre-Biggie/Nas era, 1990-91 geto boys shyt. Classic group. shyt still slaps.

Seriously that came out in 1991. :wow:
Think about it. Public Enemy was still active at this point. That's just their best known song but so much other heat they were dropping around then.

And don't forget his solo album from the same year:

Two landmark albums in 91 alone. So much heat. :to:

Then we got the nas/biggie era. Where he's dropping consistent heat. Diary is classic. Anyone that denies this

Released some strong albums and came out with another strong album in 2000. Totally overlooked. Not classic but as good as anything else that year.

And then, if that wasn't enough, he releases his BEST album in 2002. 12 years after his major debuts. A classic in that post Stillmatic/Blueprint era. That had NAS AND JAY on the same album in 2002. Who else could do that... both giving versus that highlight their strengths. Releasing shyt like this 12 years after his debuts and after multiple classics in multiple eras. Who else could do that...

And that's glossing over untouchable (sunshine, smile), my homies, and more. This just his highlight real. Seriously who's fukking with this? :childplease:

Scarface is arguably the best rapper alive, if you want my opinion. Third only to Biggie and Tupac. And you're right... the most timeless rapper.

I rate his albums like this:

1. The diary
2. The untouchable
3. Mr. Scarface is back
4. The last of a dying breed
5. The fix

Those are all classics, The rest of his discography is great as well, not one weak release IMO.

Flawless record... not a single whack album in his catalog. Who can claim that? Face>>> nas easily in terms of good/shytty releases. Untouchable is actually my favorite album other than scarface is back. Diary comes in third

Those last two LL songs are trash.

"Headsprung" is a song by Americanhip hop artist LL Cool J. It was released in June 2004 as the lead single from his eleventh album, The DEFinition. The song was a success on the charts, it peaked at number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100, #4 on the Hot Rap Singles and #7 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

"Hush" was the second single from LL Cool J's eleventh album, The DEFinition. It was released on February 15, 2005 for Def Jam Recordings, produced by Timbaland, LL Cool J and Eric "NY Nicks, featuring vocals by 7 Aurelius, and was the follow-up to "Headsprung". Though not as successful as "Headsprung" (in North America), "Hush" still managed to make a dent on the Billboard charts; peaking at #26 on the Billboard Hot 100, #11 on the Hot Rap Singles chart and #14 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. However, "Hush" saw top ten success in the United Kingdom, where it entered and peaked at #3 on the UK Singles Chart.

LL Cool J is really the only rapper who competes with Scarface as far as longevity goes, but even he had no where near the consistency of Face. Scarface did not have a single bad album.
