My guess is Disney settles, its not worth fighting when they are in the wrong, BUT, they probably don't need her as black widow no more and might fight

This isn't why she's suing. Her contract with disney already accounted for the streaming sales.
She's just trying to get a share of the new subscribers to disney+ now. They didn't actually screw her out of any money, they are just refusing to renogoiatate.
She wants disney to release numbers of subscribers. and think any who signed when her movie came she should get a piece of. Not sure how she can prove they subscribed because of black widow though.
