Milwaukee used to be the most segregated city in America, even today most black people stay on the north side. The south side used to be white and today is white/Latino.

Republicans wanna make school as terrible as possible, especially for people on the low-end of the economic spectrum; so people feel disinclined to pursue higher learning because the more educated you are, the less likely you are to vote republican.

I'm also pretty sure state congressmembers get free food, so I guess they're all spoiled too :francis:
