School me on the Uncharted series

So i never played a Uncharted game. I know i can get all 3 used for under 20. But i never really took at interest into it. I know they all got good reviews but it just looked like a next gen tomb raider to me. (Plus i was in my feelings they weren't making any new Jak and Daxters ) Wasn't really feeling the "design" i guess.

But that uncharted 4 trailer was fukking OD! Are all the games like that?? (Action wise?) If so im bout to cop all 3 tomorrow when i go pre order SFV for this beta!

Wait for the remaster collection unless you want the multiplayer

It took a lot of elements from tomb raider and raised the bar. The tomb raider reboot was a great game as well. Play them both, youll like them for different reasons.

It singlehandedly forced Tomb Raider to be reimagined and resultingly MS buying up exclusivity.

It was arguably the best new IP series last generation.

Easy to pick up controller play adventure game. The mechanics take some time getting use to but the game is ok. Nothing spectacular as these guys would have you believe. Uncharted 2 was the best in the series so play that. The newest one disappointed me as it seem they didn't add anything to the game and played it safe. No customization or different environments or additions. Just the same game but you would enjoy it since you never played it.

only had a 360 last gen but played uncharted 2 a few times at my friends house, game is goat level for real

New tomb raider looks good but uncharted is the teacher

Never played the first one. Two is a classic and three is right under that. It's like playing a summer blockbuster

2 and 3 are INSANELY good. It's not that the first wasn't good, it was great.. but it was so long ago that I'm guessing it feels a little old now. 2 and 3 holds up graphic wise.
