I don't know what it is about Q, but I don't get as hype as I used to, for his music. Last two projects were my shyt. But since then, I've just been meh about all the other shyt he's dropped.

It's weird, but after Ab and Kendrick's last joints, Q just sounds underwhelming to me, almost generic. Three different cats obviously, but I just don't feel his music like I did back in the "Figg Get The Money" & "Tookie Knows" days. I might be alone on that, but yeah.

Lacks the subject material depth and lyrical talent Kendrick and Ab does, so it's not surprising.

You can only hide behind catchy hooks, corny adlibs and forced deliveries for so long when you're a part of a group with 2 lyrical heavyweights.

Could be that.

His music is just missin' something. And lately, it seems like he's try'na force joints out that could compete with other TDE projects that dropped recently, but all this shyt sounds wild generic. Ab and Kendrick have that presence, even Jay Rock has it, that voice. It's hard to explain. But Q is kinda just there. I don't know what happened to this cat.
