Theres nothing wrong with segregated schools as long as the predominately black schools are funded properly and have the resources available to them that would allow the children to flourish and succeed academically. The problem is that the schools aren't properly funded, and don't have those resources. That has ALWAYS been the problem. This whole thing is another example of how the Government tries to solve problems on a superficial surface level.
