Schools To Re-Open... Question, Why Can't We Have Classes Outside?

For kindergarden, bring the classes to the playground
for primary school, bring the desks and a mobile blackboard outside to the courtyard, what do you call that again in schools?

For middle school bring it outside, there's space!
And maybe some in the back.
And for if there's no more space outside, then the remaining people in the auditorium.
maybe another group of people in the cafeteria, all well distanced from one another.

Why not?
Virus does not transmit well outside.
It's the cheapest and easiest solution, instead of buying everyone laptops or chromebooks
Here govt would just have to buy mobile whiteboards and maybe some parasols in case it rains.
