The thing is Scoe is just an ok rapper in every respect, he lacks that certain special extra, the beats are killer...

We're in the final quarter of 2013, and we still have rappers dropping mixtapes/free albums at sub par bit rates. 160kbs? Word? You couldn't encode it at 256kbs at the very least? So frustrating.

Honestly that's my only gripe with this project, can't believe they'd release an album with such immaculate production and piss it away with shyt quality, makes no sense.

Other than that project is heat, album I can let ride all the way through. Jahlil Beats tracks are probably the weak link but I see why he did them.

His flow delivery and presence is best on Track 2. Everything else.. boring.
