Breh they don't get it. People just don't understand how bad of a coach Rex Ryan really is.Rex talked and bragged like he was Bill Parcells and that he would turn the 4th ranked defense under Schwartz in 2014 to the 2000 Ravens. Bills defense under Rex was, if it was passable at best, Bills would've been a playoff team at least last two seasons. Look at the roster, it's not a bad team, not perfect by any means. But with the weapons on offense, no excuse for not winning 9-10 imo. Sure there are issues on D, like lack on safeties, not athletic, fast LBs, but with a better scheme it can be decent.
I know Panthers fans are like damn they took our wrong coordinator.

This is year EIGHTEEN of no playoffs! An entire crop of kids will have been born, went through high school, then graduated high school by the time we kick off another season in the fall.

We had the 4th rank defense before he came with basically the same players. His defense is hot garbage. Also he might be the worst coach in the league when it come to time management.
His name was tossed around last year for HC vacancies.
Who should they have hired? It would have been cool to see the brother get it but if we base it on resumes you gotta give McDermott the edge there. There were reports that Lynn may want to go elsewhere. Plus we don't really know if he can run an offense of his own. We were still running Roman's offense.dikk Jaruon Jr

Wasn't expecting this and now that this is done, im curious who's going to be the OC. I'm really anxious to find out what the offense will look like next year. i think there's going to be alot of fukkery in the next few month with the bills, with tyrod, and that #10 draft pick.
