I'm a huge Sean P fan, but It was obvious over the years that he wasn't well from the sound of his voice. RIP P!

Cant find anything, but if i had to guess, heart issue or sleep apnea caused problems. Had a friend with a similar body type go that way

yeah i said the same thing. he sounded like he was over 300lbs and smoked 3 packs a day plus 15 blunts.I'm a huge Sean P fan, but It was obvious over the years that he wasn't well from the sound of his voice. RIP P!

Yup. Saw an interview some years back were he looked like he gained weight and you could tell some of his teeth were missing.
Use to see him in BK all the time during his hiatus in the late 90s and early 00's. Always said what up with a smile

yeah in the last year of his life, some of the footage he aged like crazy but still had the size. this wasn't a sudden thing, although we were shocked.I'm a huge Sean P fan, but It was obvious over the years that he wasn't well from the sound of his voice. RIP P!
