As far as the whole Jay vs Sean P as far as rap, yes Jay can outrap Sean P. Arguably quite easily, because as it's been said Sean P has his lane, and he doesn't vary much at all.

Having said that, Jay don't rap. Ever basically. So I can't put him above Sean P, who has been consistently nice for 20+ years. Jay dropping a verse every 2 years....how is that fair to say he's better? He took 2 years to write the shyt. Meanwhile Sean P dropped 2-3 albums and 5 mixtapes.
