Waltman is that dude. A legit nice guy who always speaks his mind, helps the younger generation of wrestlers and, quite frankly, promoted the cruiserweight style at a time when not a lot of people were doing it in the states. He paved the way for a lot of the spry guys we see today doing roundhouse kicks. Not phenomenal gimmick-wise, but always an entertaining worker. If WWF/E writing staff had genuinely bothered to give little guys entertaining gimmicks, he could have been RVD before RVD.
