Ummm this should be the case whether trans people exist or not.

Its a single stall, why does it matter which gender uses it?

I know I've used plenty of single stall women's restrooms with no fukks given

All the law says is SINGLE stall bathrooms will be unisex, which most across the country already are. Nothing to see here.

That's what I immediately thought when I saw this, I see these all the time in California.

As for the transgender/intersex issue, I can't believe people still deny this exists. Even if you want to believe that people are all naturally wired to only be attracted to the opposite sex unless they make a conscious choice to the contrary, how do we explain all of the people who are born with both sets of reproductive organs? Are these men or women? Which gender should they be attracted to?

can't see how a female would feel comfortable taking a dump if their work bathroom also had men...

I can't fathom how anybody could take a dump at work honestly...everytime I go take a leak at work there is always a co-worker sitting on the stall blowing it up....it would fukk with my mind to eventually see a woman step out of the stall after hearing her play the butt flute...bad enough having to deal with that daily with the male co-workers
