Former NBA player Sebastian Telfair was busted early Sunday on gun charges after police found him with four loaded guns and a bulletproof vest in Brooklyn, officers said.
Cops arrested Telfair, 32, and a second man, Jami Thomas, 18, after noticing their 2017 Ford F-150 parked on a median on Atlantic Ave. near Classon St. in Prospect Heights, at about 2:50 a.m., officials said.
The pickup tried to drive off without headlights, but cops pulled it over, then smelled pot and saw a lit blunt on the dashboard, NYPD Sgt. Brendan Ryan said. Police found three handguns, a semi-automatic rifle, the vest and ammo, along with two bags of marijuana, Ryan said.
Four loaded guns and a bulletproof vest were discovered by cops in Brooklyn, officers said.

Telfair, a Brooklyn native and the cousin of former Knick Stephon Marbury, went straight from Brooklyn's Lincoln High School to the NBA in 2004 when he was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers.
He’s played for several NBA teams, and in December 2014 signed with the Xinijang Flying Tigers in China, after he was released by the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Telfair was drafted in the first round by the Portland Trail Blazers after coming straight out of Brooklyn's Lincoln High School in 2004.

Telfair and a buddy were busted on gun charges in 2007, after police in Yonkers found a loaded handgun in his car. The next year, he pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon and got three years' probation.
