Secretz Of War was one of the first songs recorded upon his release from jail... Kadafi and Fatal were the first ones to join him in Cali.. the rest of the Outlawz came a week or two later.. That's why you only got Yak and Fatal on the first few Pac and Outlawz songs recorded such as All About U.. Still I Rise and Secretz of War (all done in the same week)
