A good lawyer will be able to help the guy that did the pushing in case the victim does die. He was still breathing though. If anybody on stage actually has known "opps" then a lawyer can even argue that it was justifiable that they protect the stage at all costs (on some your life versus my type steez).

Also, if that venue has security, and they didn't stop the guy, then they're at fault firstly.
