Kobe is better than all of those players. Kobe's career averages are low because he came in as a teenager and played behind 2 all-stars his first 2 years in the league. He also shared the ball with Shaq his first 8 years.

Everyone's situation is different, if anything the fact that he's a Top 5 scorer of all time despite sitting behind Eddie Jones in his first years and deferring to Shaq in his early title years shows how great he is.
