This is really for my average and below average brehs and brehettes. Especially if you're 30 plus. It's time. It's time. Time to stop complaining about not getting to the mate you deserve. Not getting treated the way you deserve. It's time for change friend.

You never to old to improve yourself. For some reason people are afraid to be seen trying. Fukk them. Get them braces at 40. Get your first tattoo at 50. Get them teeth at 40. Fukk it. Start dressing like the Classic Man dude or like Slim Thug. They gon hate, but somebody gon love it. Believe me.

You can become a brand new person if you want. Some of us have been traveling up this same bumpy, beat up road for 10-20 years, complaining. We running out of chances to change my boy. They gone talk shyt regardless. We're all running This your life, you don't want to wait til you're old and wish you had tried or changed things up.

This is what we going to do. Create a list of things you want to accomplish in the next 7 months. Here's mine.

Drop 20lbs.
All Dental work completed
Teeth whitened.
Toenail fungus removed
First tattoo of something meaningful and deep

One day your best days will be behind you. Will you wish you did better or will you sit back and smile, reminiscing like an old Boss?

Not what I'm going to do, what I will continue to do :

- Bulk up, eat clean meals that I personally prepare. It's easy -- My body rejects soda and fast food at this point. (I'm 29)
- Read and write daily. Listen to podcasts by brilliant people. Gain a huge understanding of psychology and social dynamics. People are predictable as fukk, I want control.
- Continue to work on my podcast, my website. Build a following, sell them my products,( ebooks, advertising, clothing) similar to Tariq Nasheed.
- Limit social media. It's a distraction, keeps you broke and stupid.
- Surround myself with people who are not average, who can converse without emotional outbursts and think that 100k a year is not alot of money.
- Continue hobbies that enrich me and put me in great circles. I take Muay Thai, do event/beer photography, thinking about getting into breakdance and cooking.
- Make 10k a month, so my mother doesnt have to work ever again.
- Upgrade my fashion. I'm trying to put together a look that's rugged but clean. It's difficult. I'll get it together though.

Among other things.

How do I go from a 7.5 to a 9 tho?:lupe:

As far as things I'm currently doing to improve myself:
-Get on a consistent workout plan and step up my nutrition game. Hoping to gain 20-25lb of (mostly) muscle. Basically a clean bulk
- Hone my own style/themes of clothing based on the current constraints of my field (business casual)

Great post. What are some good Podcast.

I prefer podcasts by men who want the best out of life and wants the average man to return to masculinity. Men who are not politically correct and think outside the box.

Dante Nero's Beige Phillip show is a great example. So is Bill Burr's. Jason Black, Tariq Nasheed for black issues. Victor Pride's Bold and Determined podcast (go to his website immediately). Mike Cernavich's podcast -- even though he's low key a white supremacist, he embodies what it is to be a real man in a world of censorship. Joe Rogan's podcast is great, so is Duncan Tressell's. Patrice O Neal's Black Phillp podcast. Christian McQueen's. Download a podcast app and have em all in your list. Pro tip : I'm 200% more productive at home when a podcast is playing.

Also, check out Ralph Smart's stuff. He has no podcasts, but his youtube videos are gold, if you're about that Zen life.

If you life is and has be real shytty, why not say fukk and change everything.
Like if you've be a fat homebody. Why not become gym rat and club addict for a while? What would it hurt?:manny:

Agreed. It takes a real man to throw your whole persona in the bushes and reinvent yourself. People who say " I cant do that, because it's not me" are retarded and should be avoided.

Do you have tips on being more productive? Seems like you have a lot of plans. How do you squeeze all of that in and still work a job. I have things I want to get going this year but, I"m struggling with multi-tasking the three things I want to do. I think it might make more sense to focus on one goal first.

Forgive me if there are errors, or if im unclear. Im on my phone, on the way home.

I think that for most people, one goal at a time is best. Me, I'm weird. I need to multitask heavily, or nothing gets done. Makes the end of the day much more impressive if I, for example, went to the gym, read a book, recorded a podcast and wrote an article in a day instead of just focusing on one activity and making it perfect. Perfection is boring. I'll multitask all day. You have to find out which way is best for you, though. Some people cant handle the pressure and the juggling. Some thrive in it. I'm just making up for lost time, a man raised by a passive father and a overprotective mother.

Good question. For starters, listen to music when you have to do things you struggle to do, even if you're researching. It changes your mood and knocks you out of laziness. Surround yourself with people who have the same goals. Sign up for forums that contain enthusiastic people about your goal -- that energy is mandatory. Face your goals with boldness or do nothing at all. We're men. We do or we don't. "Someday" or "I dont feel like it right now" is for women. They get a pass.

When it comes to productivity though, I feel that when most people set goals/plans, they're very wishy washy and vague about it which causes inaction. It's subconsciously fear of failure.

For example, most people say they want to lose weight and go to the gym. That's the easy part. But what they dont ever do is sit down for only twenty mins and a) be specific about what they want down to the absolute detail. That's what sets the productive from the non productive. For example, I want to be an beer event photographer. I wrote down all the equipment I need, what days I will go out, who I will reach out to, what places i will go to, how I will get the money etc. I wrote pages upon pages about it, then broke it down into daily tasks I write on my whiteboard every night. The path was clear from beginning to end. All I had to do was follow the steps, and do what Will Smith calls "laying a brick a day." Focus on the small steps everyday, and soon you'll build a house with the "bricks" you lay daily. Focusing on the end kills productivity.

People also don't set daily goals that can be measured on a daily basis or have a way to track their progress. Or they're not practical. Get that under control. They never ask themselves the right question either -- Why am I doing this? Find your why. Your WHY is going to get you through those rough patches when all you want to do is sit on your couch and watch netflix after work. Me, my why is my mother. She's 57 years old right now, stressing about money with under 100 bucks in her checking account while applying for retail jobs. Living on unemployment. Every time I don't feel like working or networking, I think about her and how I want to give back.

I want to bulk up. My why is the fact that I don't want to be 30 years old, getting teased about my weight like I was since the 80s. I want to be able to protect myself and my woman. I don't want to be flabby and sick. I want health and strength. I want to fill out my clothes and look better.

I read and write daily, so my mouthpiece can be crisp, therefore empowering others. I get work done, because if I don't, I'll be another wack ass nikka, rolling over to kill his fat wife in the morning.

I dont have a choice not to be productive. My life depends on it. My "why" gets me by.

Furthermore, I dumped my crazy girlfriend who monopolized my time with drama ( only date women who support you) and removed all unlucky and unhappy friends and family from my life. I also got rid of distractions that provide me momentary highs like video games, social media, television. So what does that leave you?

It leaves you with purpose. All you have to do is remove that which stifles you, and the rest will be cake.
