Uncertain grounds
Thats what EVERYONE said about trump

I realize.

Trump used the business experience to appeal to the rights emphasis on the economy

The left doesnt stress or focus on economics as much as they do social issues. They need to change that to win in a general but im not sure the voter base will mobilize behind that message during a primary. Essentially, i think cuban would be a better general election candidate than he would a primary candidate

Not even that, dude should aim for a lower office first.

Enough of this "aim for the top" bullshyt. The White House is NOT an entry level job.
It's not, but after Trump, that a$$hole in Montana who socked a journalist, this nutjob in Alabama who just won the Republican primary...how do you go back from this? Pandora's Box is already open.

Doubt he runs

I strongly doubt he'd win a primary

He will definitely run. Saw that in him even during the primaries. And post - Trump he definitely has a chance. Everyone knew even during the primaries that Trump was stupid/unprepared/intellectually stunted. Whether you like his personality or not, no one can reasonably believe Cuban is any of those things. He will have all the money in the world to project his message. Even after Trump crashes and burns, I don't think you're going to see some groundswell of support from voters for "establishment" type candidates. You will still have tens of millions of people that would be willing to vote for an outsider. If Cuban can convince them that they're going to get someone that isn't a Washington lifer but not an ignorant baboon like Trump, he has a very good chance. My guess is that he will come out as liberal enough on social issues that any opposition from the left and the moderate right will be concentrated on economic policies. If the debate shifts to financial/economic policy, he's on his turf.
