I know what you are saying....you have no control of the 1B. If you are just using the button push to throw then they will randomly throw over the head or make your 1B make an error. If you are using meter and get it in the green, the thrower or the 1B will not make any errors.

@TrillaMonsoon actually put me on how cut down on errors and it's helped me. Really gotta leave it up to the AI fielder mostly, if you touch the stick to much(pause) it'll cause the dumb errors

I wish there was a patch coming because it's really overkill this year. It's made the game ALMOST unplayable for me

I try that stuff and still get screwed. Sometimes my guy just stops running when the animation starts. It needs to get fixed in a major way in next year's game. My fielding % is ridiculous in our league.

Yeah, I see you are completely missing my point.

I thought you were talking about fielding errors. If you make a bad throw with your infielder, it will sometimes cause the 1B to make an error, so if you use strictly buttons to throw then sometimes your 1B will randomly make an error.

Baserunning...my god. It's such a mess. I constantly have guys running until I force them to stop. It's scary to try to take an extra base because they usually don't stop. Guarantee everybody I've played has looked at the screen like watching my baserunning bullshyt.

@We Ready I've complained numerous times in here about the auto throwing to home that happens to me. Some of my errors are from that too. I'll field a ball and if I try to move the player fielding the ball, they just throw home automatically. I know everyone I've played has seen me do that. I don't even press a button; just immediately throws home. I've lost games because of this.

Fielding is fukkery filled. I still dont know how to get my guys to throw strong in motion. On balls hit to my SS or in the gap or something, the fielders will take the time gathering themselves and making the throw. Just doesnt make any sense. I dont know if theres something I'm not doing or it's just something in the game to make sure there are infield hits and people getting extra bases or something.

But Outfield defense took me a while because if you're moving the guy into the catch zone on a line drive he'll probably miss it and if your OF sets his feet then you move the stick, that will cause the bullshyt errors of OF's falling over themselves and missing catches

The baserunning be having me ready to assault somebody. at watching my player get 3/4 away from advancing to the next base then decide to turn around and go back to the previous base just in time to get thrown out.
