Big news out of Senegal. Opposition party candidate, who was released from jail just last week, and was a stand-in for leader of the opposition party barred from running wins their Presidential election by a large margin.

Just a few months ago, the outgoing President tried to postpone the election, but it failed and now have a wholesale change. Ran on a populist, anti-corruption campaign that also talked about decreased French economic influence in the country.

I think election results has been settled..
My problem with Tinubu is that as Chairman of ECOWAS he too willing and quickly agreed to sanctions AES
