Serious question about car wrecks.

I had someone hit me in a parking lot. No damage to their car. They refused to take my info. The driver had no license. They hired an attorney, tho.

What could they possibly gain from this?

Basically flip the scenario and say it was your fault. Gonna be a long fight too.

i understand that but can you prove it? are there any cameras in the area that caught the incident on tape?

i got hit by a lady that ran a red light and she lied and told her insurance company i was at fault; and she won the case! i had to take her to court and win a civil suit, took 2 years after the fact

Pay a lawyer to get the video of the parking lot.

I had a situation go down in a parking lot, and had I had my hustler mind now I could have sued some property owners for six figures.

But yeah, get that video. Its vital.
