Serious question but what is it with some people being 20 but looking 40?

Went to a barbecue yesterday and my homie introduced me to his cousin. Home boi looked 42 but my homie said he was his younger cousin. My homie is 30 so I was like ok cool his 29 or something right? Homie was like nope nikka his 20. I was stunned, when you look at him you could bet your life his in his 40s must be that half cac gene as his mixed. I see shyt like this all the time with young people looking like they gone and lived two life's. What is cause? Diet? Lack of exercise? Alcohol? Bad genetics?

It's a more common thing I am seeing these days, had an intern at start at work a few months ago. When I first heard he was an intern I thought Wtf but more power to you. Turns out he was 17. Was a cac though so maybe that isn't to far fetched.

Diet. High frutose corn syrup in everything we eat sonce we are born. Everything high in sugar. Too much meat and unhealthy fats. Not enough vegetables and water. Estrogen in foods and plastics. Soy in foods. Processed foods. Not enough excercise.
