Yes all of it. The main thing is level yourself up women will come afterward. Basically I e yet to hear something that wasn’t/isn’t truthful in general. The ones thing about the red pill is it deals with reality.

That's the fallacy I see some of these followers make. Just because people are critical of the movement, you label them in the same way that the mainstream media.

Purpose, discipline, confidence, social skills and keeping yourself in good shape are the tenets of improving your life. If you need some guy on the internet to show you that and it helps you, great.
