It can depend also hw much fat was transferred but the area is basically swollen and needs to recover for some time.. it Softens up after

I’ve felt bbl butts and they aren’t hard unless they have fat necrosis but even then it’s like hard lumps it’s not hard overall. If their whole butt is hard it’s not from the bbl.
if op really deals with trehs, they probably get implants cuz males have less body fat than women so there's less fat to move around.

It’s not worth it unless you’re rich and can afford multiple revisions because weight gain/loss will make them look weird, fat necrosis is extremely common so you’ll have to go back to get that worked on, lymphatic massages, fajas etc and the recovery is brutal. One of my friends got one and of course since I’m the nurse in the group I took of her after so she didn’t have to pay thousands for a recovery room and team and it was brutal I was literally crying with her because she was in so much pain and then she ended up losing a lot of weight so it doesn’t even look like she got a bbl. So she wants to go back.
