Serious question: Why do so many of ya’ll follow Tariq Nasheed??

I’m honestly curious…. I would never put any stock into anything this bozo says, even when he was in his “macking” days

His ideology on politics is idiotic, he is a bit of a sellout of sorts, contradicts himself etc and I’ve known this for years now

In contrast, I have seen that he is STILL mentioned and heavily regarded on the coli

TBH in 2025 he probably has more haters than fans in TLR at this point. He used to be very pro Black and most of TLR is pro Black, he regularly shytted on c00ns, etc. Around the 2020 election he started being pro MAGA but in a around the bush way, he very critical of democrats but never republicans but he refused to outright admit that he is MAGA.



Also he regularly clowns gay ppl and most of the Coli is homophobic.

A friend of mine posted his video of reviewing Coming 2 America and I thought he was hilarious. This was in 2021. I watched his stuff for humor and recall I could laugh through an entire livestream. After his Trump turn I couldn't listen to him and all he does now is try to call out "tethers" and how bad the Democrats are (which for some time his gripes were valid when he was on his pro-Black tip).

The last one I laughed hard at but this was over a year ago

I used to listen to him years ago. Haven’t paid much attention to him over the past 5 or 6 years, but I just find it weird that the haters watch him and post about him more than those who like him.

I think they mentioned in the Howard Stern biopic, that those who hated him, listened to his show twice as long as his biggest fans did. Makes no sense

I found out of Tariq because of TheColi and users like yourself who has been listening to Tariq way before me. You have been listening to Tariq Nasheed since his Tariq Elite/Mack lesson days:

Whole bunch of Tariq Elite listeners in here sounding exactly like their sworn enemy: the "what about black on black crime?" Crowd.

The only difference is they say "what about reparations?"

I don’t currently follow. I used to think he was funny, and he had some good episodes when I younger, and listening to Mack Lessons. But he obviously pivots to what’s popular, and is trying to get a black conservative bag.
