the good teachers wanna motivate young minds , they not in it for the $$
and some ppl are really good teachers who get kids thinking n growing
some teachers wanna challenge young minds to their maximum capability
look at alot of successful ppl and who they feel helped them be successful n im not talking about coaches
it be the school teachers who told them they could do nething they put they mind to and made them feel they could

Not every teacher cares about money. My HS programming teacher lived in a shack, almost in the middle of nowhere. lol He could have easily found himself a senior position and made a ton. I guess he saw the importance of directing kids at that age but you simply can't help everyone.

Because is a secured union job with benefits, and people in here talking about "They wanna help shape the future for the better" but nah it because unions, benefits, and a low expectation of results.

Most these teachers especially in black schools don't care about the students education.

So you have a stable job where you're basically a daycare monitor. Give the kids the same curriculum that has been being printed for 10 years then goof off at your computer on twitter.

People too stupid to make it in any real profession but too smart to be flipping burgers or working behind a till.

Although shout out to those that have full careers then decide to teach for a few on their way out.

Who else is going to give guidance to kids without basic parental support? My close friend's wife is a teacher tells me some of these kids aren't there mentally. I tip my hat to them personally. Some of my best advice I use til today was given to me from my own high school teachers.

i wanted to be a teacher just cause i love seeing kids accomplish things it makes them feel good and build up confidence
i love teaching also in general passing on knowledge is good and who better to give it to than the kids who are the future
people are too into money and don't know how to make money work for them as long as my bills are paid I'm good….saving you can always do what you want to do in life you don't have to make a whole lot of money to do things
