The supreme court ruled that service academies can still use affirmative action. I think Roberts did this on purpose so that the right can complain about how "woke" the military has become. They can then purge the military of minorities and make it white supremacist like Senator Tuberville wants

1) Citizens united passed in 2010. It's what allowed all of this dark money to flow and it's how Leonard Leo and them were able to fund all of these conservative think tanks and PACs
2)California was a model for the future of black america. In the 1990s, latinos and asians overwhilmingly voted to end affirmative action in california. They also were more anti black towards black folks. The black political elite still fought for DACA. Meanwhile Asian and latino immigrants are shifting right.
3) Black gender war. Gen X and baby boomer black men let that shyt get too widespread.

I doubt they go after military because most minorities aren’t becoming officers but as far as other academies, they don’t mind if we’re doing “remedial” work
