Settling this once and for all: Is future TECHNO or HIPHOP?

I've always thought of future hendrix as a hiphop artist but after being in that kendrick thread I'm hearing people who have the belief that future is a techno artist
What does the futurehive think? Is future edm or hiphop?

As a dude who prolly listens to more Techno than the average Coli poster, I'm going to have to say, No.
A resounding, No.
Warbling into a mic on Autotune doesn't constitute a techno song.
I got the other two albums after Pluto to listen to soon enough but I'm quite sure It won't change the fact that homeboy is just an unoriginal rapper that people like 'cause he can go hard on a song every now and again or make something catchy by today's throwaway microwave culture of instant gratification.
