seriously man...fukk the NYPD!!!!!!!

no lie last week they arrested me infront of my building for a small as roach, i was already done with the shyt and threw it out. As im turning around to walk inside my building, these two fukking cac cops ran up on me and searched me like crazy. They aint find shyt but the roach on the floor, and nikkas dead ass took me in. im there like :what: are u serious

i was detained for like 8 hours in their precint, then got took to central booking around 4:30am. I aint see the judge till 4pm, and when my lawyer came up to be in the "bullpen" nikka told me "two counts of possesion" im like ":wtf: :wtf: check the evidence is a small as roach with barely a drop of weed in it!"

needless to say the judge dismissed it, and a old summons i had for driving (only good thing that came outta it)..but i got that bullshyt ADCG shyt or however u spell it, gotta stay outta trouble for a year so they can "seal" it and it wont be on my record

im still :snoop:...over a goddamn roach. starving all night with the goddamn munchies cause i was high as hell when they got me, didnt eat till about 11am. nikkas gave me a "sandwich"...two wheat bread slices, with a slice of yellow cheese in the middle :aicmon:...fukk those fakkits

It happened at school. :stopitslime: You think they were gonna launch an Assault on Precinct 13?

a lot of ppl aren't understanding how the school judicial system works

the nypd had to be called on campus in order to serve a student/minor

you think they were wiretapping the school, heard a discussion about $5 dollars and randomly went searching for the classroom??? Think about every time you ever got suspended.

- you get in trouble
- teacher sends you to office or has someone form the office escort you down
- you speak with the principal or whatever
- you get written up
- parents get called and explained the situation
- if its in school suspension you sit ya ass in the back room
- if not, parents come in to pick you up

only time a cop is called on scene is if there's a weapon found or illegal substance

again how do you skip every other party at fault in these threads??? critical thinking skills are severely lacking

@tru_m.a.c You're original post asked why his parents didn't stop. It's pretty clear that they weren't notified until he was already in cuffs. Hence your blame on the parents being misplaced. Reading comprehension skills are clearly lacking :aicmon:

how is a child placed in handcuffs for 10hrs without their parents knowing sir???

whether he is ALREADY in cuffs doesn't matter, the duration of the cuff wearing was for 10 hours

can someone answer that.........

what reading comprehension???

Officers showed up at PS X114 on Dec. 4 at about 10:20 a.m., and handcuffed and held Wilson in a room there for four hours. They then hauled him off to the 44th Precinct station house for another six hours of interrogation and verbal abuse, according to a $250 million claim against the city and the NYPD.

The boy protested his innocence, to no avail.

“Reyes was handcuffed and verbally, physically and emotionally abused, intimidated, humiliated, embarrassed and defamed,” the documents say. He was then charged with robbery.

Mendez said that she and her sister first went to the station house, they were told they couldn’t see her son.

so first we have to identify why there was a 4hr time lapse that kept the child handcuffed in school

Then they hauled him off for the 6hrs at the station. And thats the FIRST time she and her son were in the same location. So what was she doing in the station for that 6 hrs as her son was being handcuffed sir??? And her son was charged with robbery :laff: thats an L.

And going back to my SECOND post, officers don't just show up randomly to schools. They were called and the child was released BY THE SCHOOLS PERMISSION to the cops. A-duh.

Of course it's ridiculous the kid was there for half a day, I don't disagree. We really don't know if the school followed protocol. Maybe they didn't notify the parents for the fear of interference? Who knows? That remains to be detailed. The cops obviously wouldn't release the kid. Why the fukk would you blame the parents? It was the NYPD's call to keep him there for so long. :leostare:

critical analysis done.

notice only you or I have actually said anything about the school

thats my point...the cops can't just take a kid out of school like your guardian signing you out lol

DAMN!

I had it much better as a child, but I got falsely accused of stealing $5 too when I was like 6. I will never, ever forgive or forget that bytch crying about the $5 my mother gave me to go to school. I had it in envelope to pay for something, but the bytch saw it and said I stole it from her purse.
:pacspit:

After that, I never trusted adults again. It was "fukk everybody" after that because life just wasn't fair. She cried so hard--so fukking hard, and put on an act over $5--my mother knew she gave me $5 that morning but she came in all gentle and didn't want to confront the bytch and cause a scene, basically letting her get away with taking our money. That was one of the few situations that basically ruined my childhood and stole the innocence from my world.

This story made me , no little kid should have to deal with lying adults, it fukks up their whole worldview. 10 hours? That's like an overtime shift dealing with cops. At 7 years old. Insane. Child cruelty.

Similar thing happened to me in the 2nd grade (7 yrs old) I found something outside during recess, and this bytch named Patricia saw me playing with it (pause) while we were standing in line to go back to class. The teacher walked by and the bytched lied and said I took it from her. Straight outta no where, no conversation prior so I was completely off guard. I told the teacher I found it outside but who do you think she was gonna believe a little innocent girl or an evil, menace to society, world threat little black boy...:rudy:

This shyt really sticks with you. I remember everything to the detail, even the pink/red coat the bytch had on...Its a shame they did this to that little boy...fukk THE POLICE!!! 3X :pacspit:

The School is at fault and the cops are at fault. The cops should have told the school they aren't going to waste resources and time to arrest a kid over $5 that they aren't even sure he stole. Unless there is a law that I am not aware of, I don't see why the cops wouldn't have told the school to work this out internally.
