Old school stuff is good, this is still one of my favorite matches. The entire match is mainly punches and chain chokes but it's a really good match. Check it out.

These old school wrestlers who are still around can teach these younger guys this stuff. Jerry Lawler used to wrestle a whole match mainly using punches. Old school wrestlers knew how to throw some good looking punches and plan the whole match around them. You don't have to go 100 mph all the time.

Yeah the Dog Collar match and also Tully v Magnum i-quit match at Starrcade 85 are just straight up southern brutality. Love the simplicity of that stuff....they feel like legit high stakes streetlights.
