they need to skip ahead 3 or 4 years, its still enjoyable but the storylines are stale. after this season, Lip should have graduated college, working in the corporate world or teaching, no need to recycle the sleeping with professor storyline over again, get him out of college making real money and see how he adjusts to actually making it out of the hood. also, one of younger kids probably should die somehow...

Of course it did. Showtime will run this to the ground and then continue airing seasons after it should have been dead.
Surpringly, I've enjoyed all the seasons so far. You can't say that for most showtime shows. Maybe they can keep it up. Doubt it though

I read last season that Jimmy was probably gone for good. He's a good character though. I'd like to see him back. I don't think it's gonna happen though
