I don't have any issue with what Shannon said. I find those attempting to deflect to who Shannon dating when he speaking a truth is poor methods. Deal with what he saying, not act as if his words have no validity because of who he date.

Same time, I'm not for interracial dating, that does not mean those who do so, are not qualified to offer their opinions or contribute to our liberation. They just so happen to do something I don't agree with. Don't mean they not black anymore. All I ask is if you sleeping with white chicks, you disqualify yourself from having a opinion on black families and especially black women. You don't get to be bed bucks for white chicks then complain about the worst of black women. You don't judge white women by they worse, don't judge black women by their worst.

I'm not one of those who make it all or nothing. That is a emotional illogical response. All black people with white spouses are not bad, and many have contributed greatly to our causes, some people called biracial have contributed greatly to our cause, sometimes being in such close proximity of white culture makes you understand white supremacy even more. Some black people with 2 black parents and a black wife ain't worth the black on they damn skin and will sell us out for a Kool aid packet and a Swiss roll. I researched people who were agents sent in to infiltrate black movements almost all of them had 2 black parents and a black spouse. So I don't get caught up in that.

Just as I won't use who Fredrick Douglas married or who Bob Marley had kids with to diminish all the great things they have done. I just so happen to not agree with their choice in spouses.
