It's worked wonders for their reputation and bottom line so far, so I'm sure they don't mind the distraction. You can tell that they're actually putting money into those General commercials now because they're putting more notable names in them outside of Shaq now.

He's said in the past that he does business with them since they were on the only company that would give him car insurance as a kid. I can believe it, but I also believe that he has a financial interest in them as well which is how they can afford his services.
