its not my call but if it puts staff and players at risk, yes cancel it.
i think fans would be selfish overlooking the risks
i think if they cancel next season there would be a chance there wouldn’t be an nba any longer. Players gotta think carefully. Whether we want to or not, we will all have to operate personal risk tolerance and that extends to entertainment entities.

The nba is a 11 figure organization that pays consultants & operating officers millions of dollars to develop contingency plans...it all comes down to risk & right now the risk is not worth it
Without ESPN/ABC/TNT NBA is an entity teetering on collapse with voided contracts and bankruptcies in the wake. You won’t get safer than a bubble city in the desert for another year maybe.
