Don't use anti-bacterial body soap.

Use mild acidic acne wash or benzoyl peroxide instead. Only use it in underarms, feet, and privates. It destroys odor causing bacteria way better and promotes a healthy skin barrier if used properly.

I stopped using anti-bacterial back in 2021.

It can ruin your skin barrier and expose you to superbug untreatable skin infections - don't fukk around with that shyt.

Don't use any antibacterial soap period.
