Egusi has a weird sudden rise. Idk where it came from outside of YouTube/tiktok but I'm expecting this and fufu to get expensive now that the whites are on board fully
But that's fire; especially if requested. Idk if I've ever read/seen anything about their daily diet but I can imagine you wanna spice things up if you're you're there for 2+ years, but it's an interesting choice.
Curious to see if this food culture grows like Indian did. Seems a lot of African food is slowly starting to gain awareness here once people actually try it.
