Kids can have worse situations than a wealthy single parent upbringing. Naomi's child still doing better than 90% of the world.

but it does seem odd from a mental perspective to deliberately choose to give your child white genetics even though you not in a relationship with a white person. its only natural for a person to want their child to look like themselves. no other way to describe it than an act of self hate to some degree. Your preference was 100% the only deciding factor and you preferred whiteness over blackness.
