The two teen-agers apprehended after Monday's shootout on the station platform were arraigned yesterday in Manhattan Criminal Court on charges of criminal possession of a weapon and assault. One of them, Shea Kisine Davis, 17, was also charged with reckless endangerment and criminal sale of a firearm.
During the arraignment, the assistant district attorney, Raymond Castello, said Mr. Davis was also wanted on an attempted-murder charge in connection with a shooting on July 17 in a Queens schoolyard and is a suspect in two other robberies. Mr. Davis was held on $20,000 bail. The other teen-ager, Damel Parham, 16, was held on $1,000 bail.
