I think he can make the squad regardless, but to be the #2 guy it might be over. He needs Gabriel to be absolutely terrible.
Terrible timing to be getting these injuries. Especially for someone who is splitting reps.

But this gives them the out to just IR him. Keeps him on the roster and wait till next year to decide. Again I dont think that would happen, but teams do that kinda shyt all the time.
Hope them Jackson/Colorado workouts got him ready.

nope it was pretty good it was the panthers but he showed some great ability.

Nah he was good. Problem is the Browns politics. They drafted Gabriel two rounds ahead of him and Shedeur has been 4th on the depth chart.
Luckily Pickett is also hurt. However, Pickett is the #2 QB right now. So somethng has to give as many teams dont carry 4 QBs. Especially a team that needs depth elsewhere like the Browns.
This is lowkey a win. He already showed what he can do. I doubt Dillon Gabriel is going to look as good so it'll apply more pressure on the Browns to move Shedeur up the depth chart
