Shelly just won gold in the 100m last night so I'm going to say she's the fastest in the world right now.
As for Abby Steiner, she is a monster and has a lot of potential, but I don't see her beating the Jamaicans. I think it's possible she gets bronze maybe siliver if she runs her best time ever and edges someone out as a result.
