I'm not going to pass judgment on their relationship. Families can differ wildly on extent of physical contact/behavior. Some cultures and some families rarely hug/kiss and others do it all the time.
But I just think that most women at that age aren't sitting like this with their fathers and frankly that usually ends at some point in their teens. Laying on a couch just next to each other? Of course. Head on his chest. No doubt. But the leg is just weird IMO. Its the difference between meeting a female family member for the first time and as you two hug your hands patting her on the back vs your hands move down to her hips. I get it's subtle, but I would argue it's there. I also understand how some people, even if they wouldn't do it, don't want to pass judgment bc unless there's some evidence, it's not fair to suggest something inappropriate is taking place.
Who knows, maybe it's not even her dad and she's doing this for clout.
