Anyone here ever dealt with them shyts? How did you recover?

They been kicking my ass for the past few weeks. :mjcry:

I can't stop going to the gym and lose my gains.

If you are flat footed then it's going to be hard to avoid them

Get you some better shoes for the way you run.
Strengthen the muscle on you shins also.

If you run outside don't run on uneven surfaces and don't switch from grass to the side walk.

You should ice them after your workouts too.

Yep got them a couple times. Everytime I ran the half marathon I got them. Couldn't walk for a week

I don’t know the science behind it but when I copped shin compression sleeves, I’ve never had shin splints again.

Get you some. Just don’t cop those cheap ass shyts from Amazon. Go to a sporting goods store and find Russell brand, under armor or adidas.
