Wow. I was at Eastern Parkway & Frankin Ave during the parade today. Had lunch at the Junction then took the 2 train to Franklin Ave. Didn't stay there long and considering that a shooting happened at that exact location, looks like I dodged a bullet, literally

Im from England I went out there and ordered my costume with the band and everything in 2019
It was such a great experience to see how you all celebrate your day.

Previously I would visit in the summer and be catching from East NY to Queens and see it passing by.
That was my first time apart of it, I'm glad coli family are safe and it's a shame that happened.
