Sup brehs, so I got a situation.

One of the properties my parents own has a foreclosure sale at the beginning of Feb. I been trying to get everything arranged for a short sale. We got a buyer who has 100 G in the bank, good credit, and a good job with his wife also pulling in cash. The mortgage company was BSin saying they were missing documents :wtb: but I made sure that they got everything and I got confirmation over the phone they have everything as of close of business yesterday.

The lady I spoke with said she'd try to get a postponement of the trustee sale (foreclosure) next week if everything goes well.

My question to ya'll (since I'm just a kid fresh outta college working and new to this) how likely is it they postpone the sale date of this property? The buyer looks to be good and his bank approved him to get a loan... and the price he's buying is definitely more than what would be sold at an auction...

I spoke to my pops who's overseas trying to start up a business in africa and he told me he's confident they'll postpone but I dunno..
