I don’t really feel like hitting the gym. Rather do more cardio shyt. I’m just trying to focus work on my two jobs (sales and retail). No longer hard labor shyt like manufacturing. I just want to get rid of the small gut that’s turning into a beer gut.

Do Jump Rope. It's good combo of cardio and a bit of muscle building... and add that to OMAD

The goal should be 500 jumps in 30 min

The ole "I had to switch to Diet Coke" diet. Good job though, keep it up :ehh:

I hate going to the gym. I do push-ups. I average 500 per day. I spread it out tho. The most I do in any given session is 100. 10x10, 25x4 30-30-10-10. But I make sure I get in at least 500 between the time I wake up and I go to sleep.


You also got to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Drink about a gallon of water a day. Don’t eat until you’re full.

To add on to your point, weight loss is simply just calories in <calories out. The main reason someone would see results from doing OMAD is because they would have extreme difficulty consuming the same amount of calories normally during their eating window. But at the end of the day if you don’t switch to healthier eating habits altogether you’ll still be in a shyt situation:yeshrug:
